Ordering Made Simple

Use our guide below to make ordering your grilles simple, stress free and ensure that you order the correct sizes for your project.

The below diagram highlights the different sizes we work to: overall, nominal or actual neck. Sizes are given in mm.

– Overall will be the flange to flange dimensions of your grille.

– Hole size will be the hole or opening that the grille is going into- we will take 5-10mm for clearance from your measurements.

– Actual neck will be the exact size given for the neck.

When giving your sizes, they are taken as Width x Height

Finishing Touches

When ordering it is important to include the finish and fittings you require.

All grilles made to order come in mill finish as standard. When ordering if you require a RAL painted finish please include the colour e.g RAL 9010.

Different types of grilles can be made with different flanges- plaster in or standard. Flanges can be made to different sizes.

On many grilles the core can be fixed or removable. Removable cores can be spring loaded or hinged.

Fixing your grille can look very different, face fixings can be added if requested along with colour matched screws where necessary.
